Our Story

Gencon Partners was founded by two industry veterans with over 45 years of combined hands-on experience in civil construction and design. Our journey began with a vision to provide reliable, high-quality building solutions for clients across Florida. Today, we have grown into a dynamic team of 8 office professionals and 22 field experts, serving a diverse range of clients and projects.

Our team is our greatest asset. From project managers to field technicians, each member brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to every job.

We have worked on a wide range of projects, notably those involving general construction management and services, as we have equipment like loaders, excavators, mini and large bulldozers, and Volvo-brand equipment at our disposal. Other construction tasks we handle include water systems, storm drainage, sanitary sewer systems, earthwork, and asphalt and concrete.
